By registering for a db-db account and/or using or contributing to db-db, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to any of the following terms, please do not use db-db. As used herein, "db-db.com" means and refers to db-db design business. db-db.com may change, add or remove any part of this Agreement, or any part of the db-db services and features, including price, at any time. If it does so, db-db.com will post such changes on the db-db site. Your continued use of db-db after we post and/or notify you about such changes, constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If any such changes are unacceptable to you, you should discontinue using db-db. While db-db.com makes reasonable efforts to ensure that db-db is available at all times, db-db.com does not guarantee, represent or warrant that db-db services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and db-db.com does not guarantee that users will be able to access or use all the db-db features at all times. As used in this Agreement, "Content" means the information, data, text, software, music, graphics, photographs, images, sounds, videos, messages and all other like materials you encounter or generate through your use of db-db or on-line through the Internet. db-db.com also does not guarantee or warrant that any Content you may have in your account at db-db will not be subject to inadvertent damage, corruption or destruction. You are responsible for backing up, on your own computer, any important documents, images or other Content. Unless otherwise expressly provided in the terms of any service or feature offered in db-db, db-db.com will not be responsible for any archiving or backup of any such information. If any data, messages, images or other Content in your account and stored on the db-db system is damaged, lost or corrupted in any way, db-db.com will have no obligation or liability to you except as otherwise expressly set forth in any applicable individual software license agreement for any particular db-db feature or service. db-db.com encourages db-db users to participate in the on-line world to express their views and to benefit from the interactive experience. However, it is important to remember that there are rules and standards that you must abide by when you use db-db. These rules and standards are described in this Agreement. As a db-db user, you agree to comply with this Agreement, and you acknowledge that db-db.com has the right to enforce this Agreement in its sole discretion. This means that if you, or anyone using your db-db account, violate the terms of this Agreement, db-db.com may take any and all appropriate actions—this can range from the issuance of a warning about a violation to the termination of your access privileges for db-db to legal action—as db-db.com deems necessary or appropriate. db-db.com is not required to provide notice prior to terminating your db-db access for violating these rules and standards, but it may choose to do so. You are solely responsible for your conduct while using db-db, including any Content you generate, transmit or store on any db-db user account. db-db.com is not responsible or liable in any way for any Content provided by others and has no duty to pre-screen such Content. However, db-db.com reserves the right at all times to determine whether Content is appropriate and in compliance with this Agreement, and may remove Content at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, if such Content is found to be in violation of this Agreement. db-db.com reserves the right to terminate your access to db-db at any time, with cause or without cause, in the event of any breach of this Agreement by you (or anyone using your account or any sub-account), your infringement of db-db.com's or db-db's or others' intellectual property, or any other circumstances which, in db-db.com's sole discretion, merit termination. Any such termination may, if db-db.com elects (and subject to applicable law), be without any refund to you of any prepaid fees or amounts. db-db has been designed for personal use and is not intended to be used to host e-commerce businesses conducting commercial sales and/or transactions over the Internet, including, but not limited to, any online store or shop, or software distribution.
