盖世太保进城抢杀，大家都躲到秘密阁楼里去。我突然想到我养的一猫一狗还在前院的灶台底下。我只允许带一只宠物回去。我想了半天，觉得猫比狗聪明，知道怎么照顾自己，于是我就把狗带走了。

Cat or Dog?
Looting and massacre by Gestapo in the city. Everybody was hiding in a secret attic. Suddenly I realised my cat and dog were still under the hobs in the front yard. I was allowed to take only one of them back. Upon lengthy reflections, I felt cats are smarter and know how to take care of themselves. So then I took the dog.
